We flip single and small multifamily properties, 1 to 4 units. We will consider just about any property, but prefer homes built after 1978 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If your property does not meet these criteria, don't worry yet. Give us a call and let's talk about it.

For some homeowners and flips it is better to move out right away, while for another it may be best to stay in the house until it is sold. We do most of our flips around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, but we will also flip around the country. There are a number of criteria we look at, but in general cities of at least 20,000 people within 45 minutes of a major metropolis.

Our first step is to meet with our partners, home sellers, either in person or virtually to review the condition of the home. If we feel the property meets our criteria we will schedule multiple estimates from local contracting partners and review construction bids. If all the numbers look good and there is a good working relationship between Red Top Homes and our selling partners we sign agreements and get started.
